About Me
My name is Amaaaaaaanda. I am 16(yay) and attend High School as a junior(upperclassmen--oh yeah). I've lived in North Carolina for the last 3 1/2 years. I'm tall, have blonde hair(waaaas redish, hence the name of the site) and eyes that change with my mood. no, i'm not crazy(well,that's debatable). when i'm sad, they turn emerald green, and when i'm angry they're greyish. I live with my dad during the school year and during the summer with my grandparents. which is kinda bad because i can't see my friends, which are the center of my small, trivial life. but i spend the rest of the year with all the one i love and annoy, so it all works out. So as you can see, my lifes not wild and crazy, but there's never a boring moment. |
School and Life in General
Ah school...the prison of the common teen. Not too bad, actually. I have the last lunch, which kinda sucks, cause most of my friends are in the earlier ones...but yeah. classes are ok. homework is only sometimes a mountain on my desk in my room. but i get to see all my buds and boy(!), and they make life interesting. i'm in german klub(still), and we're kinda getting our act together as an actuall club this year. i'm secretary(power baby, oh yeah), but there's not too much to do..it's pretty cool just to hang out. fave class: cooking--we make stuff like cookies, cakes(loooong story on that one), japenese rice, and macaroni. it's 1st period tho, so it's kind of strange having those things 1st thing in the morning.. not complaing tho! worst class: phys science. most absolute boring class on this earth. wouldn't be if the teacher would stop talking in monotone. ah, i'll live. good thing, too. if i didn't, the afterlife would have to put up with me :)

Best Buds
-sigh-....What life wouldn't be complete without friends? they annoy you, and bug the heck outta you, but you can't imagine life without them. i'll start out by listing them and their strange lives. Jaimie Jones is one of my all time best friends. always there for me to listen or to tell me i'm going insane, she luvs butterflies, male singers, and wrestling with her brother. Meghan Warner is the sweetheart of the group, always sympathizing and willing to hit someone in the arm if they've said someone mean. she likes harry potter books and winnie the pooh and is currently dating shawn. Shawn Grannis(or Warner)is the redhaired, freckled freshman who everyone luvs and hated at the the same time. he's sometime severly annoying, but gets away with it since he's funny. Brian Kiley makes fun of everyone and always has a joke for every situation. sometimes quiet, sometimes crazy, always the one there for you. he's also the sexiest, sweetest guy in my life. ;) Jenny Gage is the bubbliest person i know..can we say "sugar-high"??? she's sweet and giggly, but can be serious and hardworking when the situation calls for it. Jen Thompson is insane. she likes to go through phases(whether she knows it or not), going from preppy to punk, or glamour to hard rock. Crazy and critisizing, she's usually honest and blunt with everyone. Bes Traylor is one of the awesomest people ever. very natural and independent, she always lets you know what she thinks about something(whether you wan to hear it or not), and does things her way, regardless of what other people think. Netta Amatto is the very picture of a european/italian business woman. always sophisticated and smart, she takes charge where others fail to and always has something humorous to say to cheer someone up. Ashley Finley is my crazy german bud who never stops smiling. quick and creative, she luvs to party, but hates math(the class we shared).Will probably end up becoming the president(god forbid!). For all those i have not mentioned, don't get angry, i will try to update you all later when i have a chance. |

The Future
Ahh...the future. Unbeknownst to all. Yet you have to plan ahead. After highschool i plan to go to a two- or four-year college(i'm thinking minnisota), and then getting a job. I was thinking i'd start with something in advertising if i get lucky, but will probably end up as a secretary, or coffee girl. My dream, however crazy it may sound, is to own a coffee lounge in some small town where anybody could just come and chill out. It would have to be something mellow and cofortable...something modern. I luv to decorate interiors. But who knows what we'll all be, i just know i want to have a blast going through life. |
